From Car Sales to Kintsu Kate
1.15.2025

I get asked a lot what made me switch from car sales, to Permanent Jewelry and Trucker Hats. Which is a very valid questions, these two career choices are on very opposite ends of the spectrum.
I loved selling cars, and I would be lying if I say that sometimes I still miss it. I miss some of the guys I worked with, and some of the customers. Cars just make sense, and I loved selling cars. I loved getting to help someone out of their old car and into one newer, or helped first time buyers figure out their first car. I loved helping people, and I knew if they bought from me I would be honest.

The problem is when you are a woman in the car business you have to be a very tough person, whether it’s dealing with the stresses, dealing with the guys, dealing with ornery customers, whatever it may be you have to become tough. One day a good friend of mine was on the phone with me and he heard how the guys were talking to me and how I was responding back and he said something along the lines of, “I can’t believe you have to talk to them or that guys talk to you like that every single day. You shouldn’t have to deal with that. You deserve to be treated kinder, and with more respect.” Now, was I ever really offended by what the guys were saying or having to be the person I was? No, it didn’t bother me, and I think that was the problem. I realized I didn’t want to be that person anymore, I wanted to find the softer side of me, the loving and kinder side to me. So I left the car business.
Now it took me a while to get to this point. I never thought I’d do something like Permanent Jewelry or Trucker Hats or anything like that! I am not a girly girl, I don’t even know the first thing about trends, or fashion, but I’m learning. I also never thought that this would be the business I would own, but after a while I realized this made sense. It made sense because everything I do, the only purpose I have, is helping people, especially women, know their worth. My job every day is to lift women up, give them a little sparkle, and have fun. That’s what I get to do every single day. And as we keep adding things on, that is going to be our focus, building women up. This world is a very tough place, and sometimes we have to be tough, but I want to be a place that women can come to to be soft, to have fun, and to forget about the world even if it is just for a second.
So, thank you for coming on this journey with me! Thank you for supporting me and helping me grow! And I can’t wait to see what this year has to bring!!
Baby Shower Patch Bar
2.6.2025

This last weekend we dropped our Baby Shower Patch Bar! We got this idea from my cousin, Jessie, she saw this cute baby patch bar on Instagram and was like “Katie you have to do this!” And we fell in LOVE with the idea. We decided to launch it at my sister, Stephanie’s, baby shower and it was a hit!
What you get:
- Baby Onesies
- Baby Beanies
- Baby Bibs
- Baby Burp Cloths
- Over 200 patches
Along with the patches I currently have, I can bring girl baby patches, boy baby patches, and if you let me know a month in advance I can try and find patches for your baby shower theme, or even specific patches you’d like. For example, my sisters baby will be named Lilly, so I got Lilly flower patches. I can’t promise I can find every patch you want, but I will try really hard to find the ones you’d like!

I can also bring permanent jewelry to baby showers. Mom’s love bracelets, and it’s a fun add on.
For all events, I charge an extra $150 fee for weekend events, because those are my busy days. On the weekdays, I don’t charge a fee. I have two packages, a basic package and a premium package, and if you would like to customize a package I can do that too. The two packages I have are priced out below:

We can’t wait to add to your baby shower experience!
